Counselling
This aims to help clients understand factors that affect their lives and provide an environment where they can safely explore personal awareness and changes they may want to make.
Counselling can help in many ways; work related stress, loss of identity and coping with grief are just some of the areas that can be explored.
Additional healing throughout the process can reduce anxiety and physical blocks to therapy and helps to further enhance the counselling experience.
Rahanni Celestial Healing
This is the name for a powerful healing process. Very simply you lay on a couch and relax. If you are unable to lie down the treatment can be given in a sitting position, it is important to be as comfortable as possible. There is no need to remove any clothing, as healing will pass through anything, even plaster casts. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively in a sequence of positions that cover the whole body. The whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms.
A full treatment usually takes up to 1 hour with each position held for several minutes. Time is allowed for issues to be discussed and feedback if the client would like this.

Crystal Healing
A crystal healing session is carried out with the client lying down in a comfortable and peaceful environment. There is no need to remove any clothing. Depending on what is required the practitioner will then place crystals on you, or around you, or a combination of both. The crystals may be left for only a few minutes and then new crystal placements made, as many times as your body requires.
Some people feel different sensations during the treatment. You may feel heat, cool, tingling, light headed, or you may fall asleep.
When a body is unwell or diseased it is usually because the natural balance or rhythm has been lost. Using crystals with their perfect atomic structure, offers patterns for the body to follow to help self-healing.

It is recommended that you do not have a heavy meal or alcohol immediately prior to healing treatments.
After a treatment try to drink plenty of water and have a good nights sleep. This aids the detoxification process.
