Crystal Healing- Again very gentle, using crystals on or around the body, lasting 30 minutes to an hour.
Master Energy Colour Healing - The head is gently cradled and you are guided through a meditation, lasting 10 - 15 minutes, so can be added at the end of a treatment or as a treatment on its own.
Note
It is recommended that you do not have a heavy meal or alcohol immediately prior to healing treatments.
After a treatment try to drink plenty of water and have a good nights sleep. This aids the detoxification process.
